We will deal with all correspondence relating to your property and deal with all enquiries received requesting management information.
Service contracts and insurance arrangements will be overseen and reviewed regularly and when instructed, Dack Property Management will be happy to obtain alternative quotations. We will also handle any insurance claims that may arise.
Should problems of any nature occur, we will be available to receive representations from Residents and any action taken will be reported to the Company, or as instructed.
