We will carry out all of the ‘Let Only’ service and in addition will:-

Collect the rent on a monthly basis

Monitor the rent account and chase the rent (if necessary)

Please Remember – Dack Property Management Company Limited will hold the deposit as stakeholder in an insurance backed scheme until the end of the tenancy and will attend the check out.
