Our client account is run in strict accordance with the RICS regulations offering the highest level of protection to clients of their funds. We use a specialist property management software programme provided by Multi User Systems.
Each year, we will provide a draft budget of anticipated expenditure for your approval and circulate to lessees for their consideration. Service Charge funds will then be collected on behalf of the Management Company and held in an interest-bearing ‘Client Account’.
We will provide year end account details which can be forwarded on to your Accountants for auditing where necessary. Alternatively we can arrange for your accounts to be certified by a chartered accountant and circulated to lessees for their information.
